1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HireSmart ("the Service") at hiresmart.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HireSmart provides AI-powered interview preparation tools including question generation, mock interview scoring, and resume analysis. The Service is provided on a freemium basis with paid subscription tiers.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One account per person. Do not share accounts.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
  • Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
  • Circumvent usage limits through automation or multiple accounts.
  • Resell or redistribute AI-generated content without permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

Interview questions and feedback are generated by AI and provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or outcomes. AI responses should not be treated as professional career advice.

7. Intellectual Property

HireSmart and its content are owned by us. AI-generated content produced using your inputs is yours to use for personal interview preparation purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
