Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

HireSmart offers monthly subscriptions (Pro and Pro+). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.

2. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.

After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. Partial-month refunds are not issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@hiresmart.dev within 7 days of your first charge with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Paddle, our payment processor.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, including abuse of the free tier or automated usage.

5. Free Tier

The free tier requires no payment and is not subject to this refund policy.
